Time - 2pm to 4pm
Cost - $70pp
Description - In this 2 hour workshop you will be making a hand built Soap dish. In my Studio in Waikuku beach.
Working with speckled stoneware clay
You will be learning hand building techniques.
Suitable for ages 16 years and up. Experience with pottery is not required.
Clay, tools and firings for a finished work is included.
Glazing will be done for you with clear or white glaze.
3-5 weeks after the workshop you can come and collect your beautiful finished pieces.

Time - 2pm to 4pm
Cost - $70pp
Description - In this 2 hour workshop you will be using special ceramic techniques to create a Wall Candle holder. After the workshop, Kathy will glaze and fire them for you.
Working with speckled clay
You will be learning role out clay, trim, join and basic decorating.
Suitable for ages 16 years and up. Experience with pottery is not required.
Clay, tools and firings for a finished work is included.
Glazing will be done for you with white or clear glaze.
3-5 weeks after the workshop you can come and collect your beautiful finished pieces.

Classes

7pm–9pm | $250 per term
I teach a 10 Week beginners coarse at Waimakiriri Pottery Groups club rooms. If you would like to know more information about beginner courses please feel free to contact me or the club directly at infowpg.nz

7pm–9pm | $25 per session
Come along on Monday nights for some relaxed pottery making time in the studio.
This session is perfect if you’ve done a few hand-building classes and want to keep going at your own pace.Bring along a project you’ve started, or begin something new — I’ll be here to help if you need a hand, but mostly it’s a space to keep creating and stay connected.
$25 per session.
Clay, glaze, and firing are extra.No need to book a full term — just let me know if you’d like to come.

Each workshop runs for 2 hours and is limited between 4 to 6 people. After the creative session, enjoy a refreshing break in the garden.
