This Mothers day, spend some quality time making a “flora press” bowl.
Bring a special flower or plant to this workshop, or find one from my garden, and we’ll press them into your bowl.
You then choose a colour for your pattern and/or bowl to paint on.
4-6 Weeks later your bowls will then be ready for pickup.
Please bring an apron or some clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
This workshop needs no experience, Ages 16 and up.

Classes

7pm–9pm | $25 per session
Come along on Monday nights for some relaxed pottery making time in the studio.
This session is perfect if you’ve done a few hand-building classes and want to keep going at your own pace.
Bring along a project you’ve started, or begin something new — I’ll be here to help if you need a hand, but mostly it’s a space to keep creating and stay connected.
$25 per session.
Clay, glaze, and firing are extra.
No need to book a full term — just let me know if you’d like to come.

Each workshop runs for 2 hours and is limited between 4 to 6 people. After the creative session, enjoy a refreshing break in the garden.

What to expect:

I use speckled stoneware clay.
You will be learning hand building techniques.
Anyone can join in, experience not required.
Clay, tools and firings for a finished work is included.
Glazing will be done for you with clear or white glaze.
3-5 weeks after the workshop you can come and collect your beautiful finished pieces.
My studio is situated in a beautiful setting in Waikuku beach, North Canterbury.
