Timing notice
This workshop includes time to make your ceramic. Please note that timing can vary depending on each person’s working speed and design choices. I’ll do my best to keep everyone moving at a steady, enjoyable pace, but some participants may finish earlier or need a little longer. Thanks for your flexibility while I support all makers through the process.
Cancellation policy
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
More than 24 hours’ notice: If you can’t attend, please let me know at least 24 hours before the workshop and I’ll issue a voucher/credit to use for a future class (valid for 6 months).
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer refunds or credits, as I’ve held your spot and prepared materials.
Unclaimed pieces
Finished pieces can be collected from the studio once you’re notified they’re ready. If pieces aren’t collected within 3 months of that notification, they’ll be considered unclaimed. I’ll do my best to contact you first, but after 3 months pieces may be disposed of or donated to make space, unless you’ve been in touch to arrange a later pickup.
